Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express cards accepted. Accredited educational institutions, government agencies and companies with approved credit may be granted Net 30 terms with a written purchase order.
All returns MUST be made within 30 days. A 25%-30% restocking fee may apply (charge depends on manufacturer). All original shipping charges MUST be paid by the purchaser. Oklahoma Sound products CANNOT be returned - ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
No returns accepted without a return authorization number. Purchaser is responsible for shipping any returns PRE-PAID unless there is a manufacturing defect.
All CUSTOM made pieces are FINAL SALES - NO EXCEPTIONS!
A 10% order cancellation fee will be charged on all cancelled orders if order has been placed with the warehouse.
All prices are F.O.B. factory warehouse.
Shipping Damages or Shortages: Responsibility for shipping damage or shortages is defined by governmental and shipping industry regulations. Here are several important points to remember. Ownership of merchandise shipped by common carrier, UPS or RPS, transfers to the consignee immediately upon being picked up by the transportation company - NOT WHEN MERCHANDISE IS DELIVERED. Liability for damage or loss to the consginee's property during transit rests with the carrier. If damage is evident at delivery time, DO NOT ACCEPT delivery. Concealed damage occurs when a product is damaged even though the carton appears to be in good condition. This kind of damage occurs occasionally. It is the motor carriers responsibility and must be reported immediately.
Inspect all shipments IMMEDIATELY for concealed damage. If there is concealed damage, contact the carrier or Manufacturer or A-V Furniture Plus! and request a damage inspection. This MUST be done within 15 days of delivery. Failure to report concealed damage within 15 days also negates the possibility of a claim.

Balt
All Balt products are guaranteed for a period of one (1) year against defective materials and craftmanship, provided the product is used in the manner for which it is intended.
H. Wilson
All H. Wilson Company Products are covered by a lifetime warranty against defects and workmanship. Any product that is defective in either materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's discretion. This warranty does not cover damage in transit or any other modification to the product by the customer. This warranty is for the life of the product provided the product is used with weight loads not exceeding those recommended.
Luxor
Luxor products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects and to be of the quality represented in Luxor catalogs. If any product is determined to be unsatisfactory, call A-V Furniture Plus for a return authorization. No restocking charge will apply when a product is being returned under this satisfaction guarantee. It is our intention that you be completely satisfied with Luxor products and service. Therefore, all questions are resolved promptly and fairly.
Luxor Endura® tables are provided with a Lifetime Guarantee. Luxor will replace or repair any unit which is found to be damaged in transit or is unsatisfactory in use. This guarantee is for the life of the product provided the product is used for its intended purpose and used with weight loads not exceeding those recommended. Since rental applications do NOT fall under the category of normal usage, Luxor will be unable to provide the Lifetime Warranty on Endura® units used for rental applications. We will, however, make parts and/or entire units available at a special purchase price upon request.
Marshall Furniture
2 year warranty on materials and workmanship. All custom pieces are FINAL sales - no exceptions. A 50% deposit may be required on some custom orders.
Oklahoma Sound Corporation
Our lectern undergoes the most rigid and exacting tests for superior quality and performance before leaving our factory. Our lectern is made in America by American craftsmen. Oklahoma Sound Corp. warrants all products to be free from defective material and workmanship on the electronic product speakers and microphones for two years from the date of resale by an authorized Oklahoma Sound Corp. distributor. Oklahoma Sound Corp. will replace defective parts and repair malfunctioning products under this warranty when the defect occurs under normal installation and use, provided the unit is returned to our factory via prepaid transportation after direct authorization and approval by Oklahoma Sound Corp. This warranty provides that examination of the returned product must disclose in our judgement, a manufacturing defect. This warranty does not extend to any product which has been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or where the serial number has been removed or defected and is given in lieu of any other warranty implied or expressed and will not cover any consequential damages. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED - ALL SALES FINAL!
